- Check-in requirements: At time of check-in guests must provide a valid government issued photo ID and a credit card for incidentals. a $100 deposit may be required upon check-in. Must be 18 years or older to rent a room.
- Additional cost for rollaway beds: $15 per night
- Cancellation Policy: Your confirmed reservation will be held until you arrive. The room will be vacant if you do not arrive. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please let us know 24 hours in advance of your check in time if you need to cancel your reservation or you will be charged for one night.
- Pet Policy: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted. However, assistance pets with credentials will be granted.
- Smoking policy: Smoking is not permitted in the lobby and guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are located around the property.
